No wrong doing!  Unbelievable ... didn't another poster say that Nelson implied that he had judges in his pocket?  If there was no wrong doing, why would the judge suggest additional security to keep an eye on things??

A Florida judge said he's seen no evidence of wrongdoing in the vote-counting in Broward County and urged all sides to "ramp down the rhetoric."

Circuit Chief Judge Jack Tuter said during an emergency hearing Monday that there is a need to reassure citizens that the integrity of the Florida recount is being protected.

To that point, he urged lawyers for Rick Scott and others representing the Republican and Democratic parties and their candidates as well as the Broward County elections office to agree on some minor additions in security, including the addition of three more law enforcement officers to keep an eye on things........

.........And the judge says that if anyone has any evidence of voter fraud or irregularities, they should report it to law enforcement.

Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson is suing the Florida Department of State in an effort to count vote-by-mail ballots that were postmarked before Election Day but not delivered before polls closed...........

This is where Scott screwed up, coming out with the warpath rhetoric about fraud, instead of methodically focusing on Broward county's various violatons of the law with deadlines, chain of custody, transparency, etc, and how it tainted the vote.

He did point out the various violations of the law, deadlines, etc.  That's the problem.  From my understanding, the liberal judge(s) in a very liberal county have ruled against him.

The only one that might have been able to save this election right now appears to be Bondi.  She's been very slow to react and then she writes letters?

Hopefully Scott will appeal the recount and it will go to the FL Supremes and onto the SCTOUS if necessary...but they can only rule on the constitutionality of the recount?

I don't feel like Scott went far enough, fast enough. He should have been fighting the second Snipes denied transparency, access, and oversight to the counting operation.

Let's hope Biondi will be more aggressive.
