Except for 2016 and add to that, I believe the 2010 tea party election, it seems most elections have been kind of rotten actually.

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.

Seriously, is anyone surprised that the GOP lost the House?  Ryan announced his exist long ago; that was clue #1.  They failed to repeal Bammycare and they FAILED to budget the wall. 

Don't be surprised if they lose the Senate as well.
