Republicans will surf that blue wave

Pundits argue among themselves on whether there will be a blue wave or a red wave on Tuesday.

The answer is both because the election is not national, just like 2016.

In that election, a plurality of the votes and a husband who was president got you a front-row seat on Inauguration Day to watch your opponent take the oath of office.

This year's election has Senate races in 33 states (two seats are up in both Minnesota and Mississippi). 26 of those 35 seats are held by Democrats or their surrogates.

This makes sense.

Rats will turn out in greater numbers and get more votes - in districts that are rat anyway.

Yeah, national numbers are deceptive. Millions of Californian voters have no effect on elections in other states.
