Even stranger than Don Lemon’s fairy tale that white people are responsible for violent terrorism in this country, is the fact that no national conservative media figures refuted him.

It's not all blacks.  This is basically the black underclass not being properly disciplined.
In the last fifty years the worst elements of the black underclass have been enabled by liberal pols who prefer to overlook their pathologies or blame them on white people.
It reminds me of the situation in Soviet Russia under Stalin when the communists allowed the worst elements of society to tyrannize the law-abiding citizens.

It should remind us all of this because the people behind this originally were dedicated Marxists. It's a tale as old as time,create lawlessness and riots in the streets with a clear "guilty target group" for the masses to focus on,and it's not long before the masses are screaming at you to "kill or imprison them all!".

Thus creating or strengthening the police state.
Anyone who isn't paranoid in 2021 just isn't thinking clearly!
