Don't know the odds to be honest, just know that the more rounded the mailer was, the more often I noticed postage not getting stamped when I sent odd shaped old car parts (been 5 years or so since I did this).

Uncancelled and obviously under postaged. I don’t believe three bucks is sufficient to move a package that looks to be at least a pound or two.

If it's more than 13 Oz, then he would have to have gone to a Post Office in person. Can't drop something have heavy into a community mailbox.  I didn't think these joke bombs weighed that.  :shrug:
