REPORT: Trump On Verge Of Taking ‘Extraordinary’ Action Against Migrant Caravan
October 26, 2018 John Reese

President Donald Trump’s administration is reportedly pondering using an executive order to essentially shut down the U.S. southern border and prevent a caravan of migrants and illegal immigrants from applying for asylum.

According to sources inside the administration who spoke with The Washington Post, the president intends to rely on the same authority he had used to implement a travel ban last year, which temporarily voided a U.S. law that says “foreign nationals fleeing persecution have the right to apply for asylum once they reach American soil.”

Could the president declare a 1-year "moratorium" on "admissions for asylum"?

Let the democrats howl and challenge it in court.
