The Pentagon confirmed Thursday hundreds of U.S troops are being sent to the southern border with Mexico in order to stop a Central American caravan that has swelled to 10,000 people.

Just more window dressing and Kabuki Theater for public consumption to create the illusion that the government is actually going to do something about the situation besides letting them in here and register them to vote with free EBT cards and free housing on your dime.

A question I'd like to see answered is when was the last time these soldiers qualified with their weapons.

I'm sure things have changed over the years, but when I was on active duty, we went to the firing range once a year.
