He has the power to announce and order the closure of our borders and suspending all immigration into the country effective immediately as part of a declared emergency which he has only tweeted about. He has the power to mobilize and militarize the border and make that very public along with the affirmation that no one from that invasion army/"caravan" is going to be admitted into this country for any reason. Make it plain that no one entering this county from this point forward is eligible for welfare or assistance from the taxpaying government. Make that so until such time as DHS and Congress create a vetting system to handle legitimate claims of asylum when ISIS and Jihadist terrorists are hiding among the horde. Make it plain that NO ONE is getting in here, PERIOD during the duration of this emergency. And unless those people want to be living in tents in the winter at the border on the Mexican side - they should rethink coming here, because we will not be responsible for the risks they take to try and gain entry when the border is closed.
Those attempting to breach the border will be handled as hostiles via the militarily and sent to Gitmo or some equivalent holding pen until they get shipped back home.
That alone may cause enough pawns in this orchestrated invasion to stop dead in it's tracks rather than risk the photo-op the organizers so desperately want.
But if you are not going to do shit behind words and let the UN 'handle it' when we have tens if not hundreds of thousands and maybe millions that have already poured over our open borders in the last decade, then you have just handed the Left what they wanted anyway, and invited an enemy to have it's way with us.
