Democrats have a big lead in polls that ask whether a person will vote Republican or Democrat for Congress.
But a blue wave that gives Democrats an 11 million vote majority in Senate races and a million vote majority in the House might keep Republicans in control of both houses of Congress.
A blue wave won't carry the day for Democrats in the Senate.
