Donald Trump: ‘I think we’re going to get the African American vote’
 By Jesse Ferreras
Online Journalist    Global News

“I think we’re going to get the African American vote.”

That was U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking at a rally in support of Republican candidates ahead of the midterm elections in Lebanon, Ohio on Friday.

It came one day after Trump met with Kanye West at the White House — an encounter he described as “amazing.”

Getting a lot, not the majority but a lot, makes this a historic turning point in America, a lot of Hispanics too. And after all, we are all Americans in the end, not hyphenated Americans.

By "the African American vote".... does he mean he thinks that the majority of African Americans will vote GOP this November?  Really???   Then Trump is ....

delusional, at best.   I won't even go into the at worst.

He's gonna need to resurrect Michael Jackson for photo ops in the Oval Office for that.  Or at the very least, Martin Luther King.  Kanye just ain't gonna cut it.

Yup! The President asked "What the hell do you have to lose?!" ..... and this voting bloc is learning they have everything to gain.

Since he did NOT say "majority," maybe thinking about what a big deal it will be, for just a few percentage point of shift?

Kanye is a Messenger, not the Message.

The media desparatly wants to pull Kanye down. The Leeft are terrified, if his message gains traction.

BTW football great Jim Brown was in theOval office with Trump and Kanye.

This idea, of freeing blacks from "Cultural Gravity," and the "Prisons of their Minds," is a real thing.

Kanye is saying things, which conservatives have wanted said for years and years.

Well I hate to be a Debbie Downer ... but the way he said it will be taken as "the majority"... because that's how it sounds, regardless of how he meant it.

And for the record, I am all in and for as many blacks switching their vote to the GOP as possible.  Every little bit helps against the ravaging hoard of commies we have at our backs (with long knives).

  • WE are NOT ok!
The GOP needs to start sending their message now to the Black and Hispanic community; the employment numbers under Trump (GOP) v. unemployment numbers under the DEMS.

No need to get Kayne West or resurrect Michael Jackson or blast his music.  The facts need to be given.  They speak volumes.

The GOP and conservatism is working and will work in the future.  Liberalism hasn't worked in the past and won't work in the future.

That simple.
I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
