Turkey Arrests Russian Man Accused of Smuggling ISIS Widows

Two Russian nationals have been detained by Turkish police in the central province of Kayseri this week, the Russian embassy in Ankara said Friday.

Turkish authorities have arrested the two Russian citizens as part of a security operation against ISIS cells, it said.

The embassy identified them as Rashid Enikeev and Elana Rakhmanova.
