Romney will go with the majority.  As long as the GOP remains in control, they can count on Romney's vote.  But if Schumer becomes Majority Leader, watch out.

The court still has their swing vote with the Bush appointee that is Chief Justice, Roberts.  He is as conservative as Maxine Waters.  Roberts is the fool that enabled Obamacare to move forward.  Why, he is more than a swing vote, the rat.
