Alyssa Milano: We may have lost a political battle with Kavanaugh confirmation, but we are winning a cultural battle

Actress Alyssa Milano, a #MeToo leader and prominent voice, said Sunday that the movement "may have lost a political battle" but is "winning a cultural battle" following the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

"Yesterday, we, we may have lost a political battle. But I do think we are winning the cultural battle. And often, I don't fight for the win. I'm fighting so that generations don't have to deal with the abuses of power that we've had to deal with," she said during an appearance on NBC's "Meet the Press."

Milano was responding to comments made by journalist Sally Quinn, who told The New Yorker on Friday that "not a damn thing" has changed since the Anita Hill hearings in the 1990s. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was confirmed to the court after Hill accused him of sexual harassment.

There is always a point when the pendulum starts to swing back the other way.  I think this whole Kavanaugh debacle was the push back point on this whole #metoo bullshit.

If, by cultural battle, she means how the majority of Americans feel about what they attempted to do to Kavanaugh and his family sans any actual proof or evidence, but with contradicting witnesses... then no.  You're not winning that battle either.  Thank God that most Americans can still see clearly when it comes to the left's tactics, motivation and lies.... vs. merely emoting on cue like the moronic left does.  Most Americans also...apparently still remember how the left demonized and turned a blind eye to the accusers of their hero, Bill Clinton.  Thus proving what flaming hypocrites the Democrats still are.

I would like to see who or which Congress persons the secret payoff fund in Congress has had to shell out taxpayer money for.  I think all taxpaying Americans have a right to see that, too.  For the sake of transparency, it should be revealed (or at least leaked..lol).

Well, that is the whole point. It is NOT BULLSHIT! Metoo is very very real. Or at least it was. Until the Democrats commandeered it and weaponized it. What started as an innocent sincere campaign to fight against sexual intimidation, was turned into sleazy baseless accusations against whomever the American Left simply doesn't like.

The Left perverts every thing they touch. When they captured the MeToo movement, they just perverted it just like they do with everything.
