I find myself in an odd position where, for the first time, I see myself, one of the original so-called "Never Trump conservatives," voting for Trump in 2020. I have inevitably concluded at times that Trump would do something to push me away from him. He has not disappointed on that front, from tariffs to character issues. But now I do not see how anyone else can offer a more compelling alternative to the president.

Erickson does a mea culpa and now supports Trump..I would think all the Trumpers would welcome him back into their ranks...very disheartening that you can't forgive since many here shared Erickson opinion of Trump at first.

If a good solid conservative with good credentials runs against Trump in 2020, I'll be for them.

Overall, Trump hasn't been that bad, and in retrospect, I think it is because he isn't Obama.

We'll see.

Noooo, they're hurt, I can't stand looking at that.

I have had to break up so many cat fights (that's why I never liked having male cats) over the past eight years, I've lost count.   There have been half a dozen male cats, either strays or a neighbor's outside cats, that have come into my yard and attacked my male kitty.  Even when he was only 6 months old he got attacked.  I keep a bat handy by the door now, just in case.
