Seems Roy Moore didn't get sloshed and act like an idiot at various times in H.S. and college unlike Kavanaugh. Probable was R.Moore's undoing with half the members of TBR. Off with his head.

The record does show Roy Moore was removed from office in Alabama for ethics violations. It is not the job of the Courts to make law from the bench and Alabamans removed him from office. It's also definitely not right for the Supreme Court of the US to make some of the laws they have imho.

What if Roy Moore had ruled that marijuana is legal from the bench? I don't know the court system that well; but I do know the basic facts above.  Who gets a say in what laws are enforced or not? Roy Moore's own morality? I will not care to go into this topic any more in depth.

According to one account, the guy who got the ice thrown at him first assaulted Kavanaugh, i.e., threw a punch at him. If so, he should be glad all he got was a few ice cubes and not a busted nose.

I was critical of Moore during the campaign, but, in fairness, it was never about his morality.  He was defending what he believed to be the erosion of long-standing Judeo-Christian law and morality established by God.

Whether you agree with his method is another story.
