Then comes the yellow police crime tape and a splash of drugs onto a counter.

The advertisement against Kansas Democratic congressional candidate Paul Davis is the most searing spot in one of the most negative U.S. House campaigns in the country. The Wesleyan Media Project found that Kansas' 2nd Congressional District is one of four races with the least amount of positive advertising since Labor Day.
