Bork’s name...like Monica Lewinski’s is a verb in the English language.

The only ones at the time upset about Bork’s alleged role in Watergate are the Dems who slandered him at his confirmation hearings.

Taxes were only deemed illegal IIRC because they were applied to blacks and minority’s only.

If the tax was applied to people of any skin color...any socio economic level and it was the same amount for everyone across the board I don’t honestly think it would be found illegal.

I think that the pendulum swings too far at either end.  At one end people are treated badly, the pendulum swings to the opposite end with too great a drive for revenge.  There's a power imbalance at either end.  Trying to stay at the midpoint is the hard part.  This is why we can't have nice things ;(.
