Why not if interested in finding the truth. All about delay. Bringing up Biden's past quote about FBI investigation do not reach conclusions or make recommendation.

This is going well for Kavanaugh,  he should get some of the skeptical Repuiblicans, I'd say all but one, Flake will vote for her and one of Murkowski or Collins should vote for him, maybe not both.

You're a pretty crappy Republican if you vote not to confirm him.
