I have a bad feeling about this...They hired 2 DC big shot lawyers for something other than her testimony..I bet they will file charges against Kavanaugh..
Actually, her civilian lawyers can't "file charges". All they can do is file a police report, and it is then up to the local cops/DA as to whether or not to charge Kavanaugh with a crime. The standard for filing charges is "probable cause", and I don't see any way the cops end up doing that. Even in a leftist state like Maryland, police tend to be very practical people, and there just isn't a case here.
