Illegal Alien Gang Member/Drug Dealer Convicted Of Sadistic Assault In Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN (Fox 17) – An illegal immigrant and MS-13 member has been convicted of assaulting a federal witness, distributing cocaine, and firearm violations in Nashville.
According to the U.S. State Attorney’s Office, Gerson Serrano-Ramirez of El Salvador was asked to stop disrupting the business of a nightclub in 2017. He then invited the person who made the request to his Antioch home where Serrano-Ramirez assaulted the man.
