Lindsey Graham assures in late-night tweet: ‘Kavanaugh nomination STILL on track!

As the ‘controversy’ over Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually abusing her in high school, continues to swirl, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., an ally of the president, fired off a late-night tweet that was no doubt meant to calm conservative nerves.

His tweet came as POTUS Donald Trump held a massive rally in Las Vegas for Sen. Dean Heller, who is up for reelection, where people waited for hours in line to get inside. Many didn’t.

“Great job tonight by President @realDonaldTrump in Las Vegas laying out how strong America has become economically and how much safer we are with a strong military,” Graham tweeted.

He then added: “The President is dead right about Judge Kavanaugh being highly qualified, the right person for the job, and also right about letting process play out.

“Kavanaugh nomination still on track. Stay tuned!”
