GOP Sen. Jeff Flake: Judiciary Committee Must Hear From Kavanaugh Accuser Before Voting
Daily Beast, Sep 16, 2018

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) said on Sunday that the Senate Judiciary Committee should pause its consideration of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh until the committee hears more from the woman who has accused him of sexual assault. “For me, we can’t vote until we hear more,” Flake, who sits on the judiciary committee, told The Washington Post.

Earlier Sunday, Christine Blasey Ford went public with her allegation against Kavanaugh, which dated back to their time in high school. Ford alleges that Kavanaugh pinned her down and groped her, then covered her mouth when she tried to scream. Kavanaugh has flatly denied the allegation.

The committee is planning to press forward with a vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination on Thursday. But a committee spokesman told the Post that Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) “is actively working to set up such follow-up calls with Judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford ahead of Thursday’s scheduled vote.

  • WE are NOT ok!
It sure does seem that there are a whole lot of people now routinely being accused of sexual assault; especially if they are running under the GOP umbrella.
I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.

They should do like they were going to do with the op-ed.  lie detector test.  Get it over with in ten minutes.  Don't give legs to a story that cannot be proven or disproven. It was high school and she is the only 1

AG William Barr: "I'm recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm that I subsequently joined for a period of time."

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.

Go through every dollar she has, every political whim she has acted on, all notes from the therapist for her entire course of treatment.

Expose who she is and who is helping her.  If this means dragging her through the mud, so be it.   Make this a teachable moment on libel and sedition.
