I read that they drew blood at the scene, so they should know if she was under the influence.

They said she had just finished working a 15 hour shift.  Indicated she drove home after leaving the station.

Guyger was booked on charges of manslaughter. Shortly after being booked, she posted $300,000 bond and was released.

Manslaughter in Texas is a second degree felony. This charge will typically carry a sentence of between two and twenty years in a state prison and/or a fine of no more than $10,000
