Nancy Pelosi Says Due Process Is A ‘Barrier To Justice’

August 30, 2018| by Brian Anderson

Why don’t democrats know what anything means? Due process means that anyone accused of a crime is entitled to defend themselves and it’s a right protected by the US Constitution. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is bringing that right to college campuses and lunatic democrat Nancy Pelosi is bitching that this is will create a “barrier to justice.” Yes, affording people the opportunity to answer their accusers is now a hindrance in the justice process according to the House Minority Leader.

Former president Barack Obama came up with some rules for college campuses in which schools could punish and expel any student accused of sexual assault or harassment without giving the accused a chance to defend him or herself. Not only is that screwed up, it’s unconstitutional, but should we expect anything less from Constitutional scholar Obama?

With only 3 brain cells still working Justice to Nancy means Social Justice.

My 'Viking Hunter' High Adventure Alternate History Series is FREE, ALL 3 volumes, at most ebook retailers including Ibooks, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and more.

In Vol 2 the weapons come out in a winner take all war on two fronts.

Vol 3 opens with the rigged murder trial of the villain in a Viking Court under Viking law to set the stage for the hero's own murder trial.

"Due Process" means, to the idiot left, allowing some liberal judge to determine who deserves to be bailed out of jail (See:  New California Law) based on.... well... based on the liberal judge's determination on what is ""fair"".   I think we can all see where this is going.  And yeah, if left up to morons like Pelosi, Obama and pretty much every other Democrat, this type of leftist insanity would be nation-wide.

No surprise. Both she and her husband/co-conspirator are owned by the Chinese.

Nobody knows How much I pray for that to be true!
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."
