The now ex-bartender who assaulted the teenage Trump supporter must be wishing he had a time machine now! Following the attack back in July, the man became the face of looney liberals everywhere, lost his job, and now he’s facing the ultimate punishment- felony charges!
 
A Bexar County grand jury has indicted a 30-year-old San Antonio man who was arrested in July after he was captured on video grabbing a “Make America Great Again” cap from a teenager who was dining at a San Antonio Whataburger.

Bexar County court records show Kino Jimenez was indicted Wednesday on a charge of theft of person, which is a state jail felony. He was located in Universal City in July by San Antonio police

I have feeling it'll be plea bargained down to a misdemeanor, but hey, maybe it'll scare this guy a little bit straighter.

It would be nice if this got wide spread coverage so that Nancy Pisslousy and Maxine Whataloadofcrap might reconsider some of there abusive rhetoric.

Maybe,maybe not. The prime factor is this has nothing at all to do with Trump or stealing a hat,and everything to do with an adult male assaulting and stealing from a minor.

I thing it's bigger/broader than that.  It's not okay to to assault and steal someone else's hate regardless of whether or not the victim is an adult male.  It looks worse, but the principle being violated is the same.
