I guess we are thankfully past the moment where we have to worry about mccain's family's feeling.

I agree with everything you said.

Yes, I stayed nice for 24 hours.  That is my staying nice limit.

As it turns out McCain should have picked this Gal, weeks before his Convention.

No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

Soros and Beto are doing that now.  As far as what Sarah did in Arizona, I think you should give that little grievance up.  She was his VP; naturally she would take his side.

She turned down a perfectly good opportunity to shut her trap.  One you just missed as well.  "That little grievance?"  Never stop trying to improve.

You should let your insignificant little grievance go.

Yeah. The Vice President really turned President Cruz's campaign around.

I cried once in my life back in the 80's when the Mets won the World Series. My memories are fuzzy about it but I recall water coming out of my head when it happened. Can someone tell me if you can cry and not have that happen because from the video I just watched that is what this woman is doing....

She did her crying for The View.

I hope it looked more genuine than the spectacle I just saw on TV. Everything that is presented to us as reality is a fraud anymore. It has no bounds.

Good to know.

Hey there's a news flash. John McCain is still dead!

I wonder if this was planned as well. After all, we've learned john mccain determined who could come to his funerals, how they would be conducted, where they would be held, who his pall bearers would be and who should speak.

BTW, Trump is hardly perfect but I just saw that after Graham gave his tribute to john mccain Trump did call him and said, "you did right by your friend." I woiuld say this is a lot classier than what we've seen from john mccain and the mccain clan.

Good grief. I mourned my father's passing but it was as a man who lived a full life and died in his eighties. Not as if he was cut down unexpectedly in his prime.

I'll be glad when McCain is finally buried and we can be done with this particular ghastly circus.

Disinviting or not inviting ANYONE on the right.... representing the Republican Party, while embracing POSs like Obama and other Democrats, just goes to show who and 'what' McCain really was.

Enough said.

I'm not particularly pro or con when it comes to Sen McCain.

Speaking here about what he experienced during the Vietnam War.

Until each of us experiences getting captured/tortured by people whose friends and relatives are dead because of bombing or strafing, I'll withhold judgment.

His penchant to want to reach across the aisle kept him in the headlines.  He had 'found his niche' and filled it.

Voting 'No' at 2am to decide the repeal of Obamacare shows everyone what kind of a man he was.  ...and candidate.

I've known only too well what kind of a "man" he was by observing him in action for decades now.  As far as I'm concerned, what I've observed and taken note of cancels out any supposed "good" he did by getting shot down and captured back then.  I'm with Trump on this one.

McCain is a petty, mean old bastard even in death. Even death is not enough for him to overcome his incredible ego, and his petty little vendettas. McCain is treating his funeral like some kind of party only for the "cool kids". Like a teenage girl in high-school who thinks her birthday party is the event of the year. And she handpicks who is 'allowed' to attend and who is not allowed to be there.

It is no surprise at all that he would invite every Democrat in the country and disavow his supposedly "fellow Republicans". He was only pretending to be a Republican so he could get inside the organization and screw them over from the inside out. He was true turncoat. And in his death he exposes that for all to see.

You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.

Yep!  Most of us knew what the SOB was going to do before he did it.

I would have loved that ticket.

Carly was one heck of a debater, and she could have ripped Biden to shreds with her knowledge and wit.

(Not to mention what Cruz could have done to Hillary).

 :threadjack:

Official Thread Jacking, let alone, if Cruz endorsed Trump as he has stated, invited him down to Texas to campaign for him, endorsed Romney in 2012, ignore. We only pick and choose what we like.

That's why basically, my views are much in line with Cruz's versus others just using this to derail a thread.

Carly in 2008? Had she been sacked by HP or whomever it was she was working for. Here we go into fantasy land.
