BREAKING..Trump Organization CFO Granted Immunity

The Manhattan district attorney’s office is considering pursuing criminal charges against the Trump Organization and two senior company officials in connection with Michael D. Cohen’s hush money payment to an adult film actress, according to two officials with knowledge of the matter.

A state investigation would center on how the company accounted for its reimbursement to Mr. Cohen for the $130,000 he paid to the actress, Stephanie Clifford, who has said she had an affair with President Trump, the officials said.

Both officials stressed that the office’s review of the matter is in its earliest stages and prosecutors have not yet made a decision on whether to proceed.

State charges against the company or its executives could be significant because Mr. Trump has talked about pardoning some of his current or former aides who have faced federal charges. As president, he has no power to pardon people and corporate entities convicted of state crimes.

Any journalist or media personality who relates details of this entire Mueller farce and all of the sh*t radiating from it without also mentioning the likely motives of the investigators and giving perspective required to put it in context, such as this 'hush money as campaign donation' thing having already been litigated in the John Edwards case, should not be considered a serious journalist but rather a tabloid rag mag scribbler and dismissed out of hand.

Trump Org CFO granted immunity in Cohen investigation: report

Allen Weisselberg, the longtime chief financial officer of the Trump Organization, has been granted immunity by federal prosecutors working on the criminal investigation into Michael Cohen, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

Weisselberg testified before a federal grand jury earlier this year as prosecutors probed Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer.

Cohen pleaded guilty on Wednesday to eight counts of bank fraud, tax fraud and campaign finance violations relating to the hush-money payments provided to women who alleged affairs with President Trump during the 2016 campaign.

Considering much of his policies are a cross between Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter... and he acts like Bill Clinton.... (at that, so much of this is a mirror of the Clinton Whitewater investigations and how that evolved). I think that impeachment really did change how the 'game' was played since then.
