Montel Williams provided the inspiration that got Conor Devine active again after developing MS.

When I think of extraordinary people with multiple sclerosis (MS), I can’t help but go right to Conor Devine, a man who has taken his battle against MS to a very high level. In Devine’s own words, “I am an author, an innovator, and a plant-based, whole-food Ironman triathlete. I am also a passionate MS awareness campaigner.”

I had the privilege of asking Devine, 41, of Templepatrick, Northern Ireland, a few questions about how fitness and having a goal have helped change the direction multiple sclerosis was taking in his life.
