Again today, he was saying this same thing. I hope he knows what he's talking about.

That's a bit of a mouthful; but how could a judge then,  try him (Cohen) if they were not crimes or if they were not illegal if that is saying it better? If they aren't offensese. Something here is confusing to the mere layperson.

I do think, this thing could potentially, get tied up in court and legalese.

Maybe. But Trump said he didn't pay these women. Was that the truth?
