You n3ver know. Let’s be optimistic

What do you think of Cory Booker running for President in 2020?

Frank Cannon:
I call bullshit. Too many thinking people left that silly state and all that's left are the debris.

Gefn:
I know three people here who live in NJ, and I don’t think we are debris.

But thanks for the insult, Frank. I’ve been called a lot of things in my life, but never debris. Now I can add that to the list.

I certainly don't like Booker's politics, but I think the Dems would be smart to run someone (relatively) new, young, and moderate in 2020 and Booker meets that criteria IMO.  I think the Oval Office is ripe for the picking for the Dems in 2020, but I think they need younger blood.  I think it would be a mistake to run an old guard candidate (e.g., Biden, Clinton, Warren) or a hardcore socialist (e.g., Sanders, Warren).  I also think the Dems have NJ locked up in 2020 no matter who they run, so it would be wise for them to run someone from a purple state to help them win that state.  JMO.
