Three-Time Deported Felon Charged With DUI In Tennessee

JEFFERSON COUNTY, TN (The Knoxville News Sentinel) – A Salvadorian man with multiple felony convictions in the United States is facing his fourth deportation following a drunken driving arrest in Jefferson County, according to court records.
Oscar Guevara-Salamanca, 42, is set for arraignment in U.S. District Court in Knoxville on Tuesday on a charge of re-entry by an illegal alien previously deported subsequent to conviction for an aggravated felony.
