@edpc

That event went down on my front porch a couple of weeks ago.

You haven't lived... really.... until you have that event going on right outside your bedroom window at about 3:00 am pretty much every nite.   We used to have several strays that just loved that routine.  Thank God they have since 'moved on'....lol.

@XenaLee

I can relate!  Lol, you come up out of your bed like NASA just hit the firing switch.

The front porch brawl?  It was between the gray cat across the road who comes to visit me sometimes and a stray I'd never seen.  My gray buddy was the intimidator.  I said to him, reasonably, "Why are you acting like this?  Just stop.  Don't do it."

He looked up at me, which gave the other cat the chance to take off running.

The gray cat strolled off across the yard, but he stopped midway, glanced over his shoulder, and gave me the most obvious "eff you" look I've ever seen from human or animal.

Yeah... I know that look.... quite well.   I also get it from a couple of possums that prowl around here  during the nite.   They act like you are putting them out and being rude if/when you peek out and catch them scavenging on your patio.  Obnoxious little critters... and arrogant....

kinda like lefties/liberals.    :whistle:

Is the "grey cat" a literary representation of our "Frank Cannon"?

Please excuse my effort to get back on topic (although I enjoy cat fights as much as the next person), but I'm still wondering about this reporter ban.  That video is not clear at all, but if she was the blonde walking around shrieking, I think the guys in the white coats should have been summoned.

Questions should not be banned, but behavior can be if it gets out of hand.

This video could not be more clear. The reporter in question is standing right next to the camera. The shrieking blonde is a press wrangler that works for the White House.  The reporter is not yelling, but asking questions Trump doesn’t like.
I disagree.  Circle gets the square.

That said.... she was being intentionally disruptive, despite the tone of her voice.  JS....

I don't like journalists anyway.... so, I would have probably thrown her out too.

"Intentionally disruptive"?  By asking questions in a press conference?

Why do have a bee in your bonnet over some hack press babe getting the boot for being a biotch?  Don't you have a keep Austin homeless rally to go to?

Hell yeah.  It looks to be the END of the press conference to me.  You can clearly see and hear Trump trying to wrap things up when he was saying...."Thank you, everybody.".....

Usually... at press conferences.... the pressholes are "called on" to ask their questions.  Right?

Sounds like you're the one with the bee.  And, if you don't understand that an elected representative, even if it is Trump/God, having a temper tantrum and banning a journalist, as obnoxious as they can be, from future press conferences because they had the temerity to ask him, Trump/God, questions the elected public servant didn't like.

No, you have latched on to this like a dog on a steak bone.  I think you have the beginnings of Creeping Trump Derangement Syndrome.

You seem to be carrying a bit of a grudge.  It could be making it impossible for you to acknowledge the wrongness of the action.

I'm not moving and you seem incapable of doing so.  Sounds like a draw.

Making their way to Marine One isn’t a press conference and reporters routinely ask questions as presidents walk to it.  Sometimes they answer, sometimes they keep walking.

Oh... gosh... you really need to check a mirror there, hon.

You're the one that is harshly judgmental.... resorts to insults (calling someone a "lightweight")... and now you're accusing ME of carrying a grudge?   Seriously?

You need help.

Uh.... they were sitting in a room, not walking.  Again, looks like Trump was trying to wrap things up.... indicating that the event was OVER.  Just my impression.
