House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi suggested the Kremlin is blackmailing President Trump Monday, suggesting Russia has something against the president as the two world leaders met in Helsinki, Finland.

Her comments came as Mr. Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a press conference wrapping up their summit, which lasted several hours.

Every single day, I find myself asking: what do the Russians have on @realDonaldTrump personally, financially, & politically? The answer to that question is that only thing that explains his behavior & his refusal to stand up to Putin. #ABetterDeal

The answer to that question is that only thing that explains his behavior

Congresswoman Coleman explained Pelosi’s behavior in the Strzok hearing:  “You need your medication!”

I disagree.  Circle gets the square.

Can you imagine the uproar and reaction.... if anyone (let alone an ex-majority leader of Congress) had publicly suggested that somebody "had" something on Obama?  Oh sure, there were conspiracy theories that Obama was a groomed Russian stooge (manchurian candidate).  But publicly?  These Democrats are so desperate now that they can't restrain themselves from saying anything that pops into their pea-brains.   It's hilarious.

Literally every hot take you're seeing today is wrong.  Trump called this summit. A DNC Media & political class obsessed with the Russian election probe missed the real news.
Trump got Putin to out Hillary for accepting millions in Russian donations.

Of course during the presser Putin is going to say there was no collusion. That's not news. The real news that came out of that presser was Putin suddenly VOLUNTEERING the information about Hillary Clinton taking in $400 million in Russian money.

What Putin said:
Quote
... For instance, we can bring up Mr. Browder, in this particular case.  Business associates of Mr. Browder have earned over $1.5 billion in Russia and never paid any taxes neither in Russia or the United States and yet the money escaped the country. They were transferred to the United States. They sent [a] huge amount of money, $400,000,000, as a contribution to the campaign of Hillary Clinton.  Well that’s their personal case.  It might have been legal, the contribution itself but the way the money was earned was illegal.  So we have solid reason to believe that some [US] intelligence offers accompanied and guided these transactions.  So we have an interest in questioning them.  ...

“On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this can be solved, but it’s important for him to give me space,” Obama told Medvedev at a gathering in Seoul, South Korea.

“Yeah, I understand,” said Medvedev, who was about to replaced by Putin as Russian president. “I understand your message about space. Space for you--"

“This is my last election," Obama said. "After my election I have more flexibility.”

“I understand," Medvedev said. "I will transmit this information to Vladimir."

As expected, Putin easily won the election to replace Medvedev as president on March 4, 2012. Twenty-two days later, on March 26, 2012, Obama urged Medvedev to pass on the "flexibilty" message to Putin.

The average American is totally unaware of the world wide reach of the quasi state supported Russian mafia. They make the US/Sicilian mafia look like choir boys. However, anyone in the international hotel business is very aware of the need to placate the Russian mafia if they want to do business.

The Russians may not have "something on Trump" but like any international businessman Trump is no doubt very wary of the unbelievably viscous and pervasive worldwide reach of the Russian mafia...and the irreparable harm they could do to his personal and business interests...
