I doubt that a Special Counsel is the right approach. A federal grand jury in Utah is much faster. They can quickly indict everyone who "can't remember" any of this. (Obstruction of justice, conspiracy, and sedition are easy charges to make--and likely easy enough to prove, under the overall circumstances of the monumental stench pervading everything in the FBI and the DOJ and the State Department.)Huber has hundreds of investigators and prosecutors available to him right now. I suspect that he and his staff are already putting the cases together against LOTS of black hats.
One has to wonder what Mr. Huber is doing about now.
