Lisa Page defies House subpoena

A former FBI attorney known for her anti-Trump bias and who the president said recently was getting “cold feet” about testifying on Capitol Hill, will not comply with a subpoena from the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees.

Lisa Page, who was having an extramarital affair with FBI agent Peter Strzok, announced via her attorney Tuesday evening that she will not appear before the joint committees Wednesday morning — 24 hours before Strzok is slated to testify publicly before the same two panels.

Strzok sat for closed door interviews — lasting nearly 11 hours — with the committees last month.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz issued a blistering report last month about misconduct by FBI officials regarding the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server and Russian interference into the 2016 election.

But Mr. Horowitz has not yet told you of the rampant business within the FBI has he?  That would be the business of selling inside information to the media for "favors".

And, the courts in DC will not convict her, were anyone to try to pursue this further.  They are above the law and contemptuous of it.

Only because WE allow it!  And it isn't just the FBI that does it!  The IRS, DOJ, and a host of others are guilty as well!

I don't blame her for not going to a committee who will rake her over the coals for many hours.  So, she had an affair.  There is no charge against her for anything.  I have read every email and text she had with him and read what they said on the phone with each other - all this now public information.  There is no clandestine planned action to be taken against Trump. They are blowing off steam, both romantically and about their jobs. They make jokes about Trump.
