from the article:
tolerance is not a virtue, diversity is not a goal, and hate is sometimes a very useful, self-protective emotion. Tolerance for the intolerant is suicidal. Diversity has never in history produced a successful country or nation-state, only a body politic at constant war with itself. And Christians are taught to hate—yes, hate—the sin but love the sinner; after all, Christians also believe that redemption is possible for everyone.
In fact, that statement is wholly incorrect.
Tolerance is indeed a virtue. Without Christian tolerance, this nation never would have been, and certainly would not have ascended to a world power.
Diversity is a goal. Without diversity, any stock becomes inbred and halting. What is missing is assimilation.
Hate is never useful. Ever. Hate removes reason.
Diversity is was makes nations successful and promotes ingenuity. Our strength is indeed our diversity. The Great Melting Pot. Do not mistake multiculturalism for anything but the bastardization of diversity that it is. The melting must occur (*assimilation).
And yes, everyone IS redeemable... Just not of their own accord.
That such a screed would be noted affirmatively is part of the problem, not the solution.
