He's not just talking about remote viewing.

He's talking about many biggy type people in professional roles re UFO's etc. etc. etc.

And some good history re the UN and the UFO critters and issues.

One claim was that the US government had been given a timetable for disclosure by the ET's to prepare their people for open contact by 2017. LOL. Hmmm

I think it's a worthwhile video.
