MSNBC Meltdown: Court’s Ruling Due to Seat ‘Stolen’ From Obama
By Scott Whitlock | June 26, 2018 11:57 AM EDT

Journalists and analysts on MSNBC, Tuesday, suffered a meltdown after the President’s travel ban was upheld in the Supreme Court by a 5-4 margin. Reporters repeatedly brought up the fate of Barack Obama’s failed pick Merrick Garland and fantasized about what would have happened if his nomination hadn’t been “stolen.”

Legal analyst Lisa Green speculated: “You can imagine a hypothetical. Imagine if Garland were on the Supreme Court and not Gorsuch? Would the decision have turned out the same way?” MSNBC Justice and Security Analyst Matt Miller longed for an alternate reality in which the Supreme Court seat belonged to Garland:

It seems quite evident from the position they have taken, MSNBC  doesn't believe in precedent, the Constitution, or history.  They believe in the legal precedent by "whatever feels good now, and retribution for perceived slights." :judge:

  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...
Poor MSNBC, they miss the old Stalin days when they could just break a million eggs and force what they wanted. Now all they can do is bleat tinfoil conspiracies.
The Republic is lost.

    • I try my best ...
The worst part of MSNBC is that they are so disingenuous. They don't really care about the underlying issue, or the ramifications of it. They are solely obsessed with the singular obsession that Trump must never win, at any cost. And they do not care how what they are hoping for affects America, the American people, or the world at large.

They are so fanatical that they seem ready to sacrifice the safety of their own children and families, the safety of their neighbors, even their own lives, as long as it means that Trump loses anything, everything, whatever it is.
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.

Perhaps instead of Obama, Democrats should have chosen a President who had leadership ability.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

-Ayn Rand-

Predicted this very thing in here BEFORE Justice Gorsuch was nominated.

...that they would use it as a campaign issue for the mid-terms.
