Because that's exactly where I found it and the only way it was affordable.  They had just tossed it and I had to violate the 5 second rule by about 2 mins until they went back inside.

It's not swimming in juice.  It's just in a bag, lightly coated with olive oil, rosemary, and garlic.

Well dang, my post was only 2 after his.

Anyway, there's a meat market I go to every now and then that has prime grade Delmonico steaks. I think they're running around $25 - $30/lb.  I keep talking myself out of getting one.  Most of the time I cook steaks to the temp that we like, but every now and then I bleep the whole thing up and I don't want it to be on *that* one.

Whitewall, hell.  I found a perfectly good Y-rated Michelin, with hardly any cord showing.  Sure, I had to push the kid out of it and cut the rope tied to the tree branch, but screw him.

This is an excellent plan.  They used the adjective 'sprawling' which is so apropos regarding government agencies.  If Trump could actually consolidate and reduce these agencies and eliminate duplication, we could save a ton of money.
