On Thursday the Senate will vote to balance the budget - or not. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) predicted on Neil Cavuto's Fox News show Wednesday that half of his Republican colleagues will show their true cowardly colors and vote against his Penny Plan Budget, which would cut about $30 billion in spending.

"When we have this vote tomorrow, half the Republicans in the Senate will show their true stripes, and they won't vote to balance the budget, even though they say they`re for it," Paul said. "When they're home at the local rotary, they say they're for it. So, really, you can`t give people courage. You can't give people intestinal fortitude."

This Penny Plan is the least these clown could do to get their act together. The fact that there are so many GOP'ers who won't cut a measly penny from a dollar of spending is pathetic. Screw 'em all.

Hannity has discussed the penny plan it seems like hundreds of times on his radio show in the last 20 years... for every dollar spent by the government, shave a penny from that dollar. It doesn't seem like it should be so difficult to do.
