Marine Corps Deactivates EA-6B Squadron; Only One Remains

VMAQProwlerARLINGTON, Va.—The Marine Corps has deactivated another tactical electronic warfare squadron (VMAQ), leaving it with only one of the squadrons in service.
In May 11 ceremonies a Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, VMAQ-3 folded its colors and retired the last three of its EA-6B Prowler electronic attack aircraft.
