Previously Deported Illegal Alien Caught With Drugs, Guns In Alabama

BIRMINGHAM, AL (AL.com) – A Honduran national living in Birmingham was indicted Friday by a federal grand jury on gun, drug and illegal re-entry charges.
U.S. Attorney Jay E. Town and ICE Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Raymond R. Parmer Jr. announced the four-count indictment again Carlos Alberto Juarez-Mendez. They said the 24-year-old was illegally in the U.S. on Feb. 10 after already having been deported from Texas three years ago.
