Condi Destroys Kanye Critics: ‘I’ve Been Black All My Life – Don’t Tell Me How To Be Black’

Posted By Benny Johnson On 11:10 AM 05/02/2018

Former Secretary of State Condi Rice gave a full-throated defense of rap mogul Kanye West Wednesday morning on Fox Business Network.

West has been the subject of recent controversy after his embrace of pro-Trump policies, activists and campaign gear. This week, he shared messages about Republicans freeing slaves, the perils of the welfare state and socialism and declared that black slavery was a “choice.”

Of course, by speaking up, Miss Rice will be shunned and attacked, but I think she is strong enough to resist it.  At least I doubt she will get the Bill Cosby/Roy Moore/Tom Brokaw treatment.

From the Article:

“I said to people sometimes ‘I’ve been black all my life. You don’t have to tell me how to be black,'” Rice continued. “So I think we need to recognize that in some ways the height of prejudice is to look at somebody and think you know what they think because of the color of their skin.”

I don't agree with Kanye that slavery was a choice, but I find it very refreshing that he is THINKING instead of just accepting the leftist propaganda.

I believe he was saying that slavery is a choice, at this time. That would be the 400 years.

I think he meant 400 years of blacks still thinking  they're slaves rather than free people with the freedom to do what they want.

If that's what he said, I'm now a little impressed!

He wasn't crystal clear re: his meaning, but essentially he was saying that blacks voting for Democrats (on the plantation) has been a form of slavery.  And he's correct.

I'm still wondering....

What took him so long to figure that out?  Why the sudden change and revelation?  What happened to Kanye?  Did he hit his head and axedentally knock some long over-due sense into it?  lolololol

No, that can't be his motivation.  He just ticked off 'most' of the folks that would have purchased it.

I think somehow, some way, he received discernment.   Now... whether or not he prayed for it...

that's yet another question.   ^-^

I've previously stated that it's difficult for me to believe all the new black multi-millionaires and billionaires can keep believing  and repeating the "I'm oppressed"  slogan that's been their mantra for the past fifty years.
It just might be possible that many blacks who've prospered greatly in the past fifty years have come to the realization that they're not victims.  If Evil Whitey (who controls everything) was intent on keeping blacks down, how did so many black people become fabulously rich?
West has enough dough to survive through the onslaughts that have come his way since his declaration of freedom.  I suspect many other black people agree with West's sentiments but don't have enough money or power to live through the mud that will be slung their way if they say it publicly.

Did you all catch the put down of Kanye, by Maxine Waters?

Along the lines of the boy needs to be brought back to the Plantation, for re-education.
