Michelle Obama says she’s America’s ‘forever first lady’

Former first lady Michelle Obama said she’s America’s “forever first lady” at a college signing day event in Philadelphia on Wednesday.

“If I can be standing here as your forever first lady,” Obama said smiling, “then you can do anything you put your mind to.”

Obama made an appearance at Temple University in front of thousands of high school seniors to celebrate their decision to pursue higher education.

Obama’s comments about being the nation’s “forever first lady” drew massive applause from the audience. She later referred to herself as the “former first lady.”

During her speech, Obama urged students to keep pursuing their education dreams, despite setbacks and struggles.

“Remember this moment when you’re out there. When you hit those roadblocks,” she said.

Michelle would forever be the first lady had her
hubby kept the reigns of power.

Evidently Obysmal isn't as dull as he looks. He
saw a very short life for that pursuit.

Obysmal and is indeterminate sex wife were
simply a mistake.

Something in history to remind our grandchildren
of why not elect someone lacking character or
principle. Or simply to elect someone based on
the color of their skin versus the content of
their character.

Great advice though - why aspire to be a lowly doctor or scientist or engineer when being a FLOTUS is so much more awesome!

What a message. "Your success in life depends on the status of the person you can get to marry you. You, too, can be a gold-digger!"

Sadly, there are a lot of women where that's a primary factor. There's a nice long rant for that but I'll save it for somewhere else.
