Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) is urging Democrats to the polls, saying “women are dying” because the left is losing elections.

The Democratic National Committee vice chairman spoke at a progressive training session on Friday and said the party needs to triumph at the ballot box for the sake of women's health.

“Women are dying because we are losing elections,” Ellison said. “We don’t have the right to lose a damn election. We have to win. We have to win.”

Maternal morality is rising in states like Missouri and Texas, Ellison said.

The United States has one of the highest rates of maternal deaths among wealthy and developed countries.

In 2013, there were 28 maternal deaths per 100,000 births in the United States.

Au contraire, Keith baby.  You not only have the right to LOSE elections..... you have a moral duty to lose elections.... considering that you represent America's "enemy within" ...and considering that every time you DemocRats do win (via election fraud, cheating, bribing, Soros funding, and other nefarious means, up to and including Democrat voter constituency stupidity)....

Okay, I live in Texas, why are we dying?

"The leading causes of maternal death in Missouri are all cardiac-related. The state's high rates of smoking and obesity worsen those complications.  The risks are magnified if a woman doesn't see a doctor regularly during pregnancy, like the 17.5 percent of Missouri women who received no prenatal care during their first trimester, the Star reported.  The Democratic National Committee vice chairman spoke at a progressive training session on Friday and said the party needs to triumph at the ballot box for the sake of women's health."

The reasons we are dying, then, is heart attacks likely due to smoking, being fat. Plus, dying due to no prenatal care during first three months of being pregnant.

I agree women are fat now.  I sometimes notice how many fat women are around me when I am in a store.  They are so fat you can't miss it.  It did not used to be this way but now the majority of women are fat.  Here is the big woman next to a man of normal weight.  It is so obvious, both Bob and I notice it and have talked about why this is happening.  Some are so fat, I have wondered how their heart keeps up with that much flesh to keep it alive.

Smoking: not many people smoke now so I don't think that is the reason for these women dying; it is the fat; too much flesh for the heart to keep it alive.
Also, the many years of studies of heart attack, used men for the studies, no women.  These days some of the studies are done using women. 

Pregnancy: years ago, it didn't cost so much to see a doctor.  Now, unless you have a good insurance policy, women are less likely to go to a doctor due to being pregnant.  I think their reasoning is this:  "I am pregnant, so I'm pregnant and that's that.  No reason to see a doctor, I"m just pregnant."  (This assumes she is keeping the baby.)

I still don't know why women are getting so fat.  What do you think they are eating to cause this?  Is it carbohydrates, as in pasta of all kinds, that turns quickly into sugar, and stacks up extra pounds?  Are they living on fast foods, going through drive-ins and getting fatty burgers and fries?  There are fast food restaurants all around us and the lines seem to never go away.  Perhaps that is it, fatty fast food.  But why are their husbands not getting fat, too?  They are more active and burn more calories?
