The company has a point, for this position. However, they don't seem to say he's otherwise disqualified. I'd rather he looked for honest work while he's here, than get public assistance in states where it's allowed. This is what happens when someone promises to rescind the program and deport DACA people during the campaign, then 'evolves' and tells them not to worry, once they're in office.
