Local station correcting report from earlier stating 4â€“5 victims at Stanford Hospital and 4 at San Francisco General. Now, they are saying just 4 victims at San Francisco General.

I don't want to sound cynical, but if they covered every mass shooting in the country like they're covering this story, it would be nonstop news about shootings 24/7.
It's rare that I don't go to a media outlet in a major city like I do every morning and not read at least one story about a multiple shooting taking place somewhere....but almost always in the inner city.
Why don't they cover those shootings like they're covering this one?

Speaking only about my neck of the woods -- most of the shootings involve black-on-black crime. Doesn't fit the narrative that mass shootings are the work of white, Christian bitter clingers.
