By the same standard, his 3rd highest rise point claim isn't on that chart's top 20, if we're going to be consistent.

You'll know if it's from him when he starts beating the hell out of it in statements.  That's generally what he does when someone teaches him a new multi-syllabic word like the time he discovered reciprocal.

That one seems a bit deep for him. I think I was being generous when I mentioned 5th grade level in the post above. That one is for fourth graders and seems to be a bit above him.
