So much for 'eliminating 8 Trillion in debt in 4 years' promise. So far, he's increased debt by close to 2 Trillion.

So he outlines the problems then signs it anyway. He is saying this funds 1.6 billion for the wall but yesterday the reports were that it eliminated wall funding.
