Doesn't look that way. She was ordered to do the referral of charity money, and she went to the city attorney with her concerns about being thrown in jail for it. I can't tell if she got sacked before or after the report.
Meanwhile, the Mayor's public stance is she ran on a promise of housecleaning, and the sackings are part of it.
